Rock Krawler Solid Axle Swap Kits - 2000 and Up Chevy/GM 2500/3500 4x4 and HD
After almost a year in the making, Rock Krawler Suspension and Rock Krawler Racing Development, is proud to release the all new Solid Axle Swap Kits for the 2000 and newer Chevy 2500/3500 4x4 and HD models. There are two complete systems and a steering system. The first system is the PreRunner System which is all of the front end components. The Desert Race System is the complete coil over system for the front and the rear. The provided lift is 9" plus or minus one inch. The adjustments are made by adjusting the coil over racing shocks. The system currently is based off using the 2003+ Dodge Ram 2500 4x4 front axle. With this axle we have an available steering system that is super heavy duty and provides bump steer free operation. The steering system is sold seperately. The system truely makes a Chevy/GMC 2500 4x4 an HD.
SFA Ram Steering Kit
This Ultra-Heavy Duty Steering System is designed to function with the Rock Krawler Racing Development SFA front suspension system for the Chevy/GMC HD platform using the 2003 through presend Dodge Ram 2500 4x4 front end. The system includes a pitman arm that does not require cutting of the front factory cross member. The drag link is made from solid 1 5/8" alloy steel and uses precision 7/8" heim joints with left and right hand thread for easy adjustment. The tie rod is also made from 1 5/"8 solid alloy steel and uses precision 7/8" heim joints as well. The mounting hardware is all 3/4" bolts. A hydro assist unit can be mounted directly to our tie rod. This steering system is bump steer free and meant for abuse.

Chevy/GMC 2500/3500 4x4 PreRunner System
Rock Krawler Racing Development is proud to bring you the one thing that can truly make your Chevy/GMC 2500 4x4 a Heavy Duty truck. The industry's first and foremost multi link coil over - solid axle conversion system. The PreRunner system utilizes a 4 link and track bar design to properly locate and control the new solid axle front end. The dampening and spring duties are handled by our 2 5/8" Diameter RRD Long Travel Coil Over Racing shocks. The new axle mounts are made from ¼" thick laser cut steel, are precision welded, and each unit features the upper arm mount, lower arm mount, coil over mount, sway bar link mount and track bar mount (passenger side) all incorporated into one convenient weld on bracket. The long arm and track bar mounts are also made from ¼" thick laser cut steel. The 4 control arms are made from 2" solid alloy steel and feature a large bushing at the frame end and a rebuildable spherical joint at the axle end.
